Each holiday is different in structure and cost depending on specific individual needs and desires.
Since we specialize on family holidays, incentive group and conferences among other tour related services we are committed to being flexible, however the following terms and conditions may apply.


1. Deposit

In order to confirm a booking, Sipi tours and safaris requires a 10% non refundable deposit immediately and the balance of the payment is required 35 days prior to the safari or accommodation date.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation outside 35 days will result in a loss of the
Cancellation at the 35 days or less will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of safari or accommodation and Sipi tours reserves the right to cancel all the services booked should the full payment received prior to arrival unless special arrangement have been made through our reservation officers.
For short last minute booking Sipi tours and safaris contact us for special payment arrangements either by visa cards or on arrival in cash

3. Method of payment

Payments are to be made directly to our bank account through a bank transfer or by credit cards.
For credit card payments we need the card holder’s name, card number, expiry date and the three last digits at the back of the card and a letter authoring Sipi Tours and Safaris to debit your card.
We also need a Photo copy of your passport form both sides as well as for the visa card.
Card details may also be given through phones by calling any of our offices.
However all payments must be made in full and free of any bank charges.

4. Travel insurances

All clients must take out comprehensive travel insurance covering them for personal effects, personal accidents, medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation curtailment as the booking will be subject to cancellation penalties as detailed above

5. Visas and passports

It is important that you check thoroughly your visa requirements before your intended date of travel as Sipi tours and safaris can not be held responsible should the travel and visa requirements not be fulfilled.
All visitors to Kenya and Tanzania are required to have a minimum of two blank pages in their passports to enable the entry visas issued.
If there is insufficient space in the passport, entry will be denied and there is a likely to be detained pending return to their country of origin

6. Air tickets

In order to comply with international insurance requirements all tickets should clearly show the passenger title, name and Sur name as indicated in the passports.
This applies to both scheduled and chatter flights.
We would be very great full if you could provide us with all this information at the time of your reservation
The airfare and taxes quoted are current and are subject to change with our warning should the airline increase in rates for any reason.
Should the quoted price not be available at the time of booking, the next applicable fare will be given or amended costs advised accordingly.
Please note that fare may increase after the booking has been done, time of payment and tickets being issued.

7.General-Travel in Kenya and Tanzania

Malaria
It is important that you take precautions against malaria prior to commencement of your holiday.
We recommend that you contact your doctor, pharmacist or travel offices or clinics for advice on the malaria prone zone so as to which prophylactic is recommended.

Yellow fever
Yellow fever vaccinations are no longer a legal requirements for entry to Kenya and Tanzania or Zanzibar .please note hover that your country of origin or other visited on your tour may require this certificate upon your entry, please contact travel clinic prior to your travel.

Dietary requirements
Amy special dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking or well –of check in. we will de our utmost to comply with your requirements

Preferred clothing while on safari
We recommend light cotton shirts, trousers and shorts.
The colors are beige and white.
Light cotton, long sleeved clothing is recommended for game drive.
Evening can be cool /cold on game drives and some form of jersey are recommended even during the summer months
